Builds Customized Assessment in Minutes

Using PTS Skills Customizer, you can build standard or custom assessments from thousands of skills questions in just minutes. A training administrator can specify questions, determine whether students obtain feedback after each question and whether students see a scoring summary at the end of their assessment.

Tracks Assessment Activity

As students take an assessment, their activity is recorded into a tracking system. The system tracks questions taken and whether the student answered correctly or not. The data is recorded in "real time" mode - when students complete taking the assessment; or in "batch" mode - when assessment activities are occurring in a remote environment.

Measures Impact of Training

When an assessment is built, a pre-training assessment and/or a post-training assessment can be developed. Both can be based on the same questions, or based on questions covering similar topics. The data is stored in a manner that allows comparisons between pre- and post- training activities. For instance, you can generate a report or graph by student, which indicates the percentage correct before and after training and the amount of improvement between assessments - thereby helping you justify the value of training within your organization.
